Common Man Dan Cole, with Steve Gillespie!
Dan "The Common Man" Cole has become one of the top radio talk hosts in the Midwest. Heard Monday through Friday on the KFAN Radio network. The Common Man program is considered by many to be the finest two hours in radio. City Pages named him Best Sports Radio Talk Host not once, but twice - first in 2001 and again in 2004. An avid golfer, Cole was appointed the "Official Unofficial Ambassador to Minnesota Golf" by Governor Jesse Ventura. The Common Man recently concluded a recurring segment on KMSP-TV where he provided social and sports commentary. He recently acheived one of the entertainment industry's highest of honors - having a sandwich named after him at the KFAN restaurant.

Hailing from Minneapolis, where after receiving a graduate degree in something or other, Steve became really bored and started telling jokes into a microphone. He first began honing his craft at the Acme Comedy Club, and has quickly emerged as a fast-rising talent in one of the strongest and most competitive comedy scenes in the country. Steve's boyish good looks and darkly innocent outlook bring audiences into his world of often silly, sometimes melancholy and always hilarious takes on living his life. The powers that be have taken notice as Steve has been on the road non-stop for the last two years, appearing in some of the best comedy clubs in the country.

He recently performed at the Laugh Your Asheville Off Comedy Festival and was named a finalist in the 2010 Funniest Comedian with a Day competition.

Metromix Twin Cities just named Steve one the top comedians in the Twin Cities.

Rooftopcomedy.com featured Steve on their comedy album titled; "Farts: Best of Bathroom Humor." He doesn't find that the least bit creepy.

This past winter was big for Steve, he made opening appearances for Rob Schneider, Jim Breuer, Doug Benson, Gilbert Gottfried and Harland Williams.

Show is Saturday night at 8:00 PM. Tickets are only $15.
